CHOOSING YOUR PHOTOS

After your photoshoot I will upload your photos to a private online viewing gallery where you will have the opportunity to choose your favorites for the editing process. 

 

DIGITAL FILES – WHAT TO EXPECT

Each image is fully retouched and supplied by digital download. The images are provided as both a high-resolution file and a low-resolution file. Low-res files are ideal for Internet upload and sending via email. High-res files are perfect for unlimited home printing at both large and small sizes, canvas prints and much more! 

 

RELEASE FORM

I ask everyone I photograph to sign a release form. This is a dual-purpose agreement. It confirms copyright ownership of the shots and also explains the permission granted to both the photographer and the client in terms of how they may use the shots. 

 

LICENSING DEFINITIONS

A promotional license is defined as having the right to post the image(s) on website's (including agency website's, social media etc), and use in print for portfolios. Any other use or publication is only possible by obtaining prior written permission. 

 

If you wish to use my image(s) to sell, market or advertise a concept, brand or product, it is termed as 'commercial use' and requires a separate commercial license. The cost of this license will vary depending on the usage of the image(s), their visibility and the returns made.
